Well, it's not that appealing to me, it doesn't have enough pattern in it. I don't like how you made it puffy, even though that's the main idea. it just doesn't suite. Its to out-there! BUT if you are trying to achieve an out-there design, well then you've succeeded. it is very mind blowing, if you think of it in that way.
But i don't see who would were that in public other then on runways. ( were models are always wearing out-there clothes )
i definitely wouldn't!
OVERALL: I don't like it, too out there and the shirt is to plain!
