why when I upload a design,on the site appears a tottaly different one??

I don't understand,i uploaded a design and on the site appeared a tottaly different one,with the same name that i gave to my design. i deleted the design,i uploaded it again and happend the same. what is the problem?? (sorry for my english:P)
