Where do all the fashion designers find fashion forecasters/trend books?

I don't think there are trend books/fashion forecasters. Most designers would subscribe to the top fashion magazines like GQ or Vogue and looks at what the top designers are doing. You could also get some good information on Google if you look up fashion trends.
