Where can I find semi-transparent paper, and templates on the internet?

Where can I find white semi-transparent like 80-60g cartridge on the internet? I looked on google, but I couldn't find it. I heard this was what you use when you design templates. ( to trace) and templates.... where do you find good ones? I was looking for female figures, but I also couldn't find it on the internet. Where do you find these things? :)

Umm, when you are looking for fashion templates. Just enter "fashion templates" on Google. For the semi-transparent paper I would go to a local art store and ask the people there if they know how to get this.

For the fashion templates i would try in fashion design books at your local library they always seem to have some, however over the interent i'm not sure how you would find any.
