I know this isn't answering your question but where do you even get this many questions without knowing half of them? Do you have like, random designers comming up to you and saying "oh line sheets are cool!" then walking away before you can ask them?
not that questions are bad or anything, because they're really really good thngs at the right times and all, but some of your questions are...... kind of common sense stuff that is easy to look up on yahoo or google. have you never tried this?
