what do you use to color your designs?

I go over it with a

I go over it with a waterproof ink pen in sizes 8, 5, 3 for the outline and 005 for fine details. Then I use an 18 color watercolor pallet and just mix the colors i want based off of a collection of paint chips that i pulled from the wal-mart home paint department lol
