Help

I so wanna become a fashion designer when im older (I'm 11) An I wanna start now to get a head start so I just bought a folder and I'm just stuck on what to put in it. The whole reason I'm doing this is to show all of my work to the college so it'll you know give a bit of an advantage. Any help?.....
